Perfect for families who seek beach escape

The resort is right in front of the beach, easy access to the water! The kids really loved the pool, spent hours splashing around while I relaxed with a drink in hand.

It wasn’t inexpensive but for the experience, it was justifiable.

The location of Em Royalle Hotel near the beach is fantastic. Enjoying the sea view from my room each morning was a highlight. The kitchen services were impressive, and the food was quite good. However, issues cropped up that really affected my comfort. The lack of basic toiletries like towels made arriving a bit frustrating, and the room key system seemed faulty, resetting at noon. Staff seemed overwhelmed, and I sometimes felt my requests were not prioritized. Room cleanliness could be improved, especially since one of my rooms had no top sheet. Despite some neat amenities, the overall attention to detail was lacking. My experience could have been much more enjoyable with better staff training and improved room maintenance.

The view from the Double Room with Balcony and Sea View is spectacular, offering a great way to kick off your mornings. The air conditioning works like a charm, keeping the room cool when you need it most.

The bathrooms leave much to be desired, showing signs of neglect with cleanliness issues and intermittent hot water. The dining experience falls short, with limited TV channels and prices that don’t justify the portion sizes. The pool’s cleanliness is questionable, and the noise from the hallways is a nuisance, making it hard to enjoy some peace. Lastly, communication seems lacking, leaving many requests in limbo.

I stayed for 2 nights in a Double Room with Balcony and Sea View. The room was clean and spacious enough for my family of 4, including our pet! The air conditioning worked great, and the staff were very accommodating. The kids loved the pool so much, we even extended our stay! 😊

This hotel is just a balanced option for a transient visit in San Juan (La Union) with good value. The view from the balcony was awesome, waking up to the sound of waves was a pleasant surprise. Make sure to check the air conditioning because it didn't cool my room adequately.

close to beach with peaceful surroundings and great views

my stay was wonderful because the quiet area allowed for relaxation and my room had a lovely balcony facing the beach that made mornings special, but I did find that coffee in the restaurant could use some improvement.

I loved the pet-friendly vibe and the spacious room for our family—definitely a win! The beach was easily accessible, but I found the food a bit pricey and the portions small. Overall, I’d come back!

The beach view from my room was truly stunning , making mornings absolutely delightful. Staff at the reception were friendly and quick to help with my requests , adding a personal touch to my stay. I appreciated the ample space in my room which allowed for comfort during my visit.
